Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
a) Data you provide to us
Newsletter / news updates: your email address when you subscribe to receive news.
Priority access / waitlist: your name, email address, and any business or professional details you choose to provide.
Contact requests: your name, email address, and the content of your message when you contact us.
b) Data collected when you use our platform (once available)
Our platform provides AI-assisted eyebrow design based on facial analysis. When you use these features, we may process:
Photographs and facial scans that you or your client upload or capture, and the facial-geometry measurements derived from them, in order to generate brow simulations and execution guides.
Facial-geometry data used to identify or analyse an individual may qualify as sensitive / biometric personal data. We process such data only where you have provided explicit consent, and only for the purpose of delivering the analysis you request. See Section 6.
c) Data collected automatically
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected through server logs and cookies (see Section 8).
3. How We Use Your Data
respond to your inquiries and provide requested information;
manage newsletter subscriptions and send news and marketing communications where you have consented;
manage priority-access / waitlist registrations and inform you about our launch;
provide, operate, maintain, and improve our platform and its AI features;
generate brow simulations, facial analysis, and execution guides that you request;
ensure the security and proper functioning of our website and services;

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 9(2)(a) for biometric data) — for newsletters, marketing, and processing of facial/biometric data;
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide services you request;
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to operate, secure, and improve our website and services;
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where processing is required by law.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
5. Newsletter and Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or request priority access, we will use your email address to send you news and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us. Our newsletters may be sent using a third-party email service provider acting on our behalf.
6. Photographs, Facial Scans and Biometric Data
Where our platform processes photographs and facial-geometry data:
we process this data only with your explicit consent and solely to provide the brow analysis, simulation, and guidance you request;
if you upload images of a client, you confirm that you have obtained that person's consent to the processing described here;
we do not use facial data for identification of individuals beyond delivering the requested analysis, and we do not sell it;
we retain such data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as instructed by you, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
Service providers (processors) who host our website, send our emails, or provide analytics, acting on our instructions;
Website hosting: our website is operated on the Squarespace platform (Squarespace, Inc.), which processes technical data on our behalf;
Authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
8. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable essential functions, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Some cookies are set by our hosting and analytics providers.
