Our platform is designed to support beauty professionals in planning and performing brow services such as threading, waxing, or microblading. Certain features are in development and offered on a pre-launch or "priority access" basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Priority-access or waitlist registration does not constitute a binding commitment to provide the service by any particular date or on any particular terms.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by beauty professionals and businesses. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and, where you act on behalf of a business, that you are authorised to do so.

4. Accounts

Where an account is required to access certain features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;

• upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you are not authorised to share;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation;

• copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit any part of our services except as expressly permitted;

6. User Content and Images

You may upload photographs, facial scans, or other content ("User Content"), including images of your clients. You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content; and

• where the User Content contains images of another person, you have obtained that person's consent for the processing described in our Privacy Policy.

You grant BrowTechnologies a limited licence to process User Content solely to provide the requested services. We handle images and facial data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the website, the platform, its software, AI models, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content) are owned by BrowTechnologies Sàrl or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

8. AI Outputs and Professional Responsibility

Our platform provides brow recommendations, simulations, and guidance generated by automated analysis. These outputs are informational aids only and do not replace the professional judgement, training, and duty of care of the beauty professional using them.

You remain solely responsible for any treatment, procedure, or service you perform. BrowTechnologies does not guarantee any particular aesthetic result and is not responsible for the outcome of any beauty procedure carried out based on our outputs.

9. Fees and Payment

Certain features may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Where fees apply, the applicable prices and payment terms will be communicated before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability
